Returns or Replacement

In the unlikely event that you wish to return goods, please send an email to shop@williamedwards.co.uk with an explanation.

The products must be unused and need to be returned to our factory in the same condition, and at your own expense, within 14 days of delivery, with a copy of your order.

If your product develops a fault within 30 days of delivery, or is an incorrect item, please send an email detailing the fault, along with an image to shop@williamedwards.co.uk.

We will either replace the item or refund, whichever is your preferred option. We will reply to your email telling you how this will be processed.
